The Village of Frontier is located in the Southwest corner of Saskatchewan along highway 18. The village is home to approximately 350 people, and is a hub to the surrounding municipality with a grocery store, a Co-op (which includes 24 hour card-lock service), a Credit Union, an Insurance Agency, a school with grades K-12, a motel, a guest house, 2 churches, 2 mechanic shops, 2 restaurants, a bar, a hairdresser, a recreation centre which includes a hockey and curling rink, a senior citizens activity centre, and a 9 hole sand green golf course.
South of Frontier is the Manufacturing plant for Internationally acclaimed Honey Bee Headers.
