Our Story
The Municipality of Russell Binscarth is nestled against Manitoba's western border along the Trans Canada Highway #16 and Provincial Highways #83 & #45. The municipality is home to over 2,500 people, and boasts two progressive communities, Russell and Binscarth, that are surrounded by rich Prairie lands and the scenic Assiniboine Valley.
